What are the properties of clay bricks?

What are the properties of clay bricks?

Answer:

Clay brick is very important. It can make clay brick not only with high refractoriness, but also can be used in many high temperature thermal equipment. The brick brick has better resistance to hot and cold, and the water cooling can reach 10~25 times at 850 centigrade. Clay brick can resist weak acid slag corrosion, the resistance to alkaline slag is slightly worse, increasing the content of Al2O3, can improve the ability of alkali resistance slag.
The clay brick refractoriness in above 1600 degrees, but the beginning of softening temperature is very low, as long as 1250 to 1300 DEG C, and softening start temperature and end temperature (fflJ40% deformation temperature) of large distance, this distance is about 200 ~ 250 DEG C.
The clay brick belongs to weak acid refractory. Because of the fluctuation of chemical composition, the production method is different, and the difference of sintering temperature makes the properties of clay brick change greatly. Ordinary clay bricks are divided into (NZ) 1, 40, (NZ) 1, 35, (NZ) 1, 30, three trademarks on the basis of the amount of Al2O3 content in the components.
