driving while texting is a big one in my area. in fact, almost every township here has banned it.yet, i still see cops doing it all the time.
Speaking on the mobile phone in public is a nuisance Texting while in meetings or class is insulting to the speaker If there is a ring assigned or even if the phone is on vibrator and it goes off while in a meeting or a classroom it is disturbing.

Distracted driving Environmental impact of discarded phones and batteries Lost art of true personal communication skills Manners -- When is is rude to talk on or answer your mobile phone Should kids be able to use phones in school Personal calls at work Do mobile phones increase the risk of certain types of cancer These are a few points that come to mind off the top of my head.
