short and sweet. tires are fine. Take your time and check to see if they are requiring chains. It is early in the season. Chains are cheap insurance, and being a girl you could possibly get someone to assist putting them on it needed.
Open up control panel. Then go to system. If it is windows 7, click the button that says allow remote assistance and uncheck the box. In xp it should be under the remote tab. If this isn't the way he's connecting to her computer, then make sure no remote programs such as Teamviewer are installed. Sometimes it's a program called WinVNC. Just browse through uninstall programs to look for a culprit. If it is just the Remote assistance, then that should take care of it.
