Union okorder (a social page for UPS employees that is not affiliated with the company). Read the endless misery from UPSer's all over the country....both management and hourly. Some areas of the country are better than others, but for the most part, the majority of us stay because we need the good benefits packages for our families and can't get comparable benefits anywhere else.
