You could try a cup of coffee and a banana
energy drink? energy bar? they contain alot of sugar and cals but you may need it for tonight and you can burn it off at practice.

Preheat your oven to 325 degreesSlather some Barbeque sauce (see my recipe below or use any good store bought brand) on the ribsDouble wrap the ribs in heavy duty aluminum foilPlace the ribs on a baking or cookie sheet and bake for 2 - 3 hoursIncrease the oven temperature to 375 degreesCarefully open the foil and bake another 30 minutes Barbecue Sauce 1 cup Heinz Chile Sauce 1 cup apricot or peach preserves 2 tablespoons Bourbon or dark Rum (optional) 2-3 teaspoons Dijon or Brown Mustard 2 teaspoons Ancho Chili Powder or Smoked Paprika or to taste Salt Pepper to tastes Mix all the above ingredients until smooth and slather over your ribsAlso good on chicken.
