Just so you know, the person who answered first is right, but all baby products in the US are treated with an anti-flame retardant. If you are actually using a designated baby blanket, or baby sheets, crib, mattress, you shouldn't worry. This is why many items say not to be used as childrens clothes etc. It's because to be used as childrens clothes it must have a flame retardant added.
