once doors are locked it will go off many hrs later
It's very sensitive. You can have the alarm place that put the alarm in change the sensitivity on it so that it would take a lot more for it to go off. I lean against my car and it doesn't go off put if I push it a little it will.
There is probably a short somewhere in the system. Take it to your local repair shop to be looked at. Or do like me and find a friend who'll fix it for free!
Either the sensors (sound, vibration, etc) is too sensitive or the alarm module has gone bad. Good Luck.
