Question:

What could be causing the itch inside my home?

My two roommates and I have been experiencing this strange itch in our householdWe have three dogs and they have fleas, but they aren't allowed inside right now since the itch started on all of us; and none of us have visible bug bitesWe all washed our sheets and blankets a couple of times and our floors get carpet shampooed at least every couple of weeks, we try to do it every week thoughWe have a guinea pig, and aquariumsWe have looked for ants but haven't found any, outside of one or two found occasionallyI do know that I did see a rat in our house once, but haven't seen (saw fecal matter); nor heard anything sinceUhhthat's all that I can think of: please feel free to ask moreThank you.

Answer:

Could you have bedbugs? Something in the air (fibers of some kind) that is irritating to youWhile you try to figure it out, get some Frontline for your poor dogs so they don't have to itch from the flea bites.
Either method is good Bake your chicken at 350-375 for about 20 minutes a poundcovered, plus an additional 20 minutes uncovered to brown up the skinYou can do anything with a chicken, stuff it with veggies or lemons, season it with anything or stuff a beer can up its butt and barbecue it until it falls off the bone, that is the best and most tender chicken I have ever eaten.
Let the chicken defrost in the fridge over nightBoil them for about 30 minutes, put them in a baking pan/dish, cover with bbq sauce, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
I find that it's best to leave them in the sink (in the package) in cool water. When it's defrosted you cook it at 400 Fahrenheit or 200 CelsiusThe most simple way for chicken is Shake 'n Bake.!! And then just make a sidekick or some rice on the side.
I like to defrost my chicken by putting it in a plastic container cover it with water and defrost in the microwaveI use the setting on the microwave that show minutes per poundIf you have a lot of time you can defrost in the refrigeratorI personally don't like leaving anything sitting out all dayAs far as simple dinner ideasI really like to use marinades or pre-made sauceI just buy them at the grocery store pour it on the chicken and cook itThen you can add some side dishes and you're good to goI hope that helps.
