If you can just let her know that even though the noise is scary and loud it is meant to alert people to get outside the building. I know when I was scared of noises it was mainly because I didn't understand them. Try to think of examples of good bad noises. Now that I think about it I'm still some what noise sensitive. Loud sudden dog barks, a squeal for my 14yr old or even a loud tv put me on the edge. But over the years I have learned to cope with it. Most often it is reminding myself the reason for the noise.
