I wouldn't warm a blanket in the microwave but you can wet a wash cloth and place it in a ziploc bag and heat it in the microwave. I don't remember for how long but I have done it several times!! It works wonders! Try one on your stomach and back. Feels awesome! I would probably start with about 30 seconds and go from there. Make sure it's not TOO hot so it doesn't burn you. FYIkeep the wet washcloth in the ziploc bag when you place it on your stomach.

Yes, the jack is what you use to lift the car to change a tire, but I wonder if you're thinking of the Shock Absorbers or Struts? They are the suspension that make the car go up and down over bumps.Hope that helps!.
