use 70% rubbing alcohol to boil it be careful not to set yourself on fire as it is highly flammable it might take 1 or 2 runs through a cup or so of it but it will eventually get everything out. run really hot water through it in between alcohol soaks to loosen the resin more.

Alcohol is a solvent for cannabis resins. Soak for a few minutes in isopropyl and it will dissolve all the built up resins. You can use a pipe cleaner soaked in alcohol to get at any hard to reach areas, and add a bit of table salt to act as a scrubber with the alcohol. **Edit: (and to those who recommended it) Do not, under any circumstances, boil or otherwise heat the alcohol!!
