I'll be taking my local firefighter exam and the last task is to carry 2 sections of a 3 inch hose up 5 floors. I'm not sure how heavy 1 section of a 3 inch hose is so if anyone can help an aspiring firefighter out i'd really appreciated it.

No by then the Thc will have already been absorbed by your body. Thc does store in your fat, swallowing/eating weed or weed food will still cause Thc to be stored in your fat. The only reason you should be coughing up resin is if you just went for a run. You will cough up phlegm and possibly resin if you are a regular smoker. So coughing up resin and swallowing it will not cause you to fail. You look pretty young man I suggest cutting back on smoking amounts or start exercising more. And Thc stays in your system for 2-4 weeks depending on how much you consumed. There is nothing else you can do besides wait. To clear a myth, drinking loads of water does little to nothing.
