I have a 2004 Dodge 4x4 1500 . I‘ve had it for about a year. When I bought it from the dealership they had put new brakes on it, but they have squeaked worse and worse as time has passed. I can be doing 60mph and they still squeal like a pig.I‘m thinking of changing to ceramic to stop the squeak, but I was told that they are loud and that they make stopping rough and jittery. Yes or no on ceramic pads and why.

if they came as oem, then yes. I would make sure the rotors are new or have been turned.
They work fine.When you bought it, someone had probably put cheap pads on it.
