I think it means it has voicecontrol like say next and it plays the next song, or say pause and it pauses. no entirely sure. read the online manual on the website you saw them on, or look at the dr dre headphones website if there is one.
You have put your question in the wrong category. Skullcandy gives you very poor sound quality. Reputable brands such as AKG, Audio-Technica, BW, Beyerdynamic, Denon, Etymotic, Grado, Sennheiser and Shure give you good quality music.
