Question:

What does lime Avenue mean? Specifically in Marie Antoinette??

Maybe I'm super dense and dumb. But at the ending of quot;Marie Antoinettequot; when Louis XVI asks quot; Are you admiring your lime avenuequot;, What does he mean. I couldn't really find an answer on dictionaries or a quick search on yahoo, so any help would be appreciated.

This Site Might Help You. RE: How to use lime to get rid of dead animal smell?I'm not sure what to do! PEW!? I read that lime will get rid of dead animal smell. Had a dead possum under the front porch, after MUCH effort got him out but the smell is lingering! I got some lime and tried to pour some where the possum was(its hard to access) but I don't know how much does the trick. Does the lime have to...
Dig out a spot under the porch, deep enough so that you can access the area. Spread the lime by using a shovel or rake that can reach in that far.
The thing is... you got him out. There must be another dead one in there. Lime use.....when you bury a animal(meat) it will stink as it rots underground and the smell will permeate the soil. If you dig a hole a foot or 2 down, put in a shovelful of lime on the bottom, throw in the animal and throw another shovelful or 2 on top and then the dirt, the lime will take care of the odor and help rot the animal quicker. But, no odor. If the animal is alive - no odor.....that is why I say there is another dead one under there.
Lime Powder For Odors
Lime will remove the smell but you do have to scatter it on the spot where the dead critter was decomposing. Some fresh dirt would also help. Active lime is in a powder form so toss some up under your porch with a shovel or even a cup or can or something. Might want to wear a paper respirator mask to reduce inhaling the dust.
