im not a plumber, ive only have extensive experience with helping my dad fix pipes around the house(the pool, under the house,bathroom, kitchen). but my unproffessional guess is that a pipe is just loose, not secured correctly. that can cause them to shake. but like i said, im no plumber, so you should probably tell your landlord to get someone over to find out more.
