Question:

what does the warning light in the car mean,,,?

that says ABSis that air bags or automatic brake system?

Answer:

the above answer got it right. Its also a less advanced fuel injection system.
Perhaps the fuel injection isn't quite advanced enough to start it, so it has a choke?
Why are you involved concerning the clicking when you have a much more critical obstacle (whole brake failure)?! I can't suppose I share the roadways with someone who does not appear to be concerned that the brake warning mild is on and the brakes have become tougher and harder to use.
It's the brake system that prevents the brakes from locking up if you press the brake peddle too hard. There is a fault recorded on the computer that needs to be retrieved with a proper scanner. Be aware that if you press the brakes too hard they may lock up.
ABSantilock braking system. That usually comes on when there is air in the brake system. How does the brake pedal feel? If it is mushy, you should stop driving it and have it towed to a service garage. If the pedal is firm, it is a problem with a brake sensor or the ABS control.
