Mountain climbing equiptment/clothing needed when climbing a cold, icy mountain.
From the NYC website: It is illegal to park within 15 feet of either side of a fire hydrant. The painted curbs at hydrant locations do not indicate where you can park.
To be brutally honest, when you are a guy riding a low powered scooter wearing a high visibility jacket won't effect your coolness by very much. Better uncool than smeared across the front of a pickup truck after dark. wear the jacket.
