apply gel/mousse generously to the entire head of wet hair by using the scrunching technique. Put head upside down and use a diffuser to dry until hair is completely dried.
I had to do this at one of my stores when I was a manager. It's also for the safety of them going to the bank by themselves where they can get robbed or mugged. I think that as long as there is another employee there to do it, they shouldn't get too mad at you. They may kind of look down on it, but I wouldn't worry about getting fired. If the person higher than them asks you about it, just tell the truth that you weren't able to do it and hopefully she will understand. Good luck
