so pretty much i was wondering if the sound of a marker (paintballgun) is supressed if i shoot with the barrel inside a bucket full of water (the gun unloaded). The marker uses compressed air not CO 2

Have your burner cleaned and the sensor should allow your furnace to return to normal operations. The flames cannot burn clean the gas and that is why you are getting an alarm. Nothing major, just a dirty burner. I have had the same problem with the same symptoms.
thats awesome and parents are like that.the best thing to do is tell them you didnt get it on.
