Answer:

Just want to point out if you eat too much spinach it'll give you constipation from the iron in it.
Best Constipation Cures
Nothing bad will happen if you were misdiagnosedIf it's viral, it will run it's course - so of course get plenty of rest, drink a lot of fluids and eat a healthy dietYou could have probably used mucinex rather than the decolgen as well - and probably didn't need the doctor visitIf it is a bacterial infection (though you're right - it doesn't sound like it is), as you know, the zithromax will help kill off the bacteriaIf the sore throat lasts more than a day or two, it's likely bacterial(and you know a throat culture could tell you if it's bacterial or not - and she apparently didn't do one) If it's bacterial, then up the soluble fiber in your dietA new study has shown that bacterial infections heal in about half the time if you do thisThis happens because soluble fiber causes increased production of an anti-inflammatory protein called interleukin-4, which stimulates the body's infection-fighting T-cellsGood sources of soluble fiber are oat bran, barley, nuts, seeds, lentils, citrus fruits, apples, strawberries and carrots If it were me, I would quit consuming anything with processed sugar or artificial sweeteners as well as fruit juices until I was wellInstead, I would eat only fruit when I craved a sweet - such as oranges and applesThat way you get the vitamin C as well as the soluble fiber and other goodies that will help you get well much faster.
Drink a lot of water and eat fiber.
