Question:

What happens when you rub a tissue paper to a plastic sheet?

Please explain what happens during the process of rubbing?Thank you so much for your help. :)

Answer:

You get AIDS.
There is a possiblity that there will be an electrostatic charge produced. it will more likely be on the plastic sheet as that is a better insulator than the tissue paper - it will also probably have a negative charge as plastic has a tendency to this ( dependent on the type of plastic). If it is negative then it will have rubbed off electrons (negative charges ) from the paper which in turn will have become positively charged ( as long as contact with the fingers haven't conducted the charge away ( or more correctly allowed negatives from earth to go on it).
