what happens when you spraypaint on plastic sheeting?

the stuff you use to make sure paint doesn't go where you don't want it to be when you're painting a room or something. i'm guessing it doesn't stick like it would on a wall or paper or bricks, but would some of it roll off? by the time it dried, would it look like what you sprayed, or have lots of drips, or be a bunch a big amorphous blobs? or...?

Answer:

OK as for spraying something you must spray from a distance and it wont blob if you spray a even amount let dry then spray an even amount and on plastic it might sick or it may come of either by scratching or maybe water depends on i guess the brand.
