Question:

What if the light is broken?

The two wick of the light bulb is broken inside, can't use the hand to take down without turning on the lamp? Would it be electrocuted?

Answer:

Replace one. Replacement methods: Usually nail the edge of the lamptube with a nail (the position of the top of the ceiling of ceiling), and a little hard pull is done! There are two wire spring clips to locate! The light bulb and the reflection lamp cup are one, first unplug the power source (ceramic, round!) on the back of the lamp cup. Remove the o-type spring card and remove the lamp cup! Check the label on the lamp cup, distinguish the wattage and voltage requirement, the high voltage (220V) and low pressure (36V)! Don't get it wrong! If you are not sure, take the old lamp and buy it with reference!
There is no current without turning on the switch! Unless you have a broken switch! If you're afraid, try using your pen, and if you don't have a pen, or if you're afraid, you're going to click on the switch. If you're still afraid, get an electrician!
You can't use your hand to remove the lamp without turning on the light, but be careful not to break it
