Question:

What is a 'light' beer?

Bud Light, Coors Light, Busch Light... etc. What does the 'Light' actually mean?

Answer:

beer watered down. they charge the same so you might as well buy a regular beer and a club soda and split it in two for the price of one. then again if youre someone who orders light beer youre the kind of person who does it for image in which case youd never mix a beer with club soda, cause if youre that worried that a regular beer will ruin your workout, then you definitely dont wanna look cheap. youd rather look like a moron by ordering a miller64
Light beer is beer that is reduced in alcohol content or in calories, compared to regular beer. The spelling lite beer is also commonly used.Light beers may be chosen by beer drinkers who wish to manage their alcohol consumption or their calorie intake. However, these beers are sometimes criticized for being less flavorful than full-strength beers, being watered down (whether in perception or in fact), and thus advertising campaigns for light beers generally advertise their retention of flavor.
Lower calorie content than regular beers
Beer that has been watered down but costs the same.
