What is a wonderful meal that I can cook for my mother for dinner on Mother's Day?

(My family isn't celebrating mother's day until next weekend so my sister can come.) I would like to cook her a dinner that is really special, and preferably not too expensive or difficult to make because I am no professional chefWhat are some recommendations? I would like to have maybe two sides also, and possibly a dessertThanks all :)
