Question:

What is more effective, studded tires or chains?

Im going to be going over stevens pass in the show for the holidays and I have 18 low profile tires. What would be more effective for the pass, putting on studded tires or chains on the 18's?

Answer:

Once the door was open they easily could have seen that there was underage drinking going on. Even without the door opening, there could have been circumstances which lead them to conclude that a crime was in progress. That gave them legal authority to enter the house. From what you describe, the officers did nothing wrong. The video may actually work to their benefit if it shows that underage drinking was going on.
I think everything they did was illegal, when you go to court tell them this exact story and I think you will win. I agree with you 100%
of course they could come in. exigent circumstance allows law enforcement to enter a structure without a warrant. pay the dam fine and move on.
CAN you charge tax? You do understand that if a product you sell is taxable, that you need to get a sales tax certificate from your state and collect the tax and remit it to the state? You don't just get to choose.
Its actually not illegal first of all, if the owner opened the door after they were called to the residence probably on suspicion there were minors drinking they can automatically enter the residence, permission or no permission. second of all, if you received a ticket for recording, and in the statement the cop wrote he will say you were asked to delete the video, in court you may get into more trouble if you tell them you didn't delete it. also they probably weren't treating you like nothing they were probably doing their job and were busy.
