You are lucky if that's the only thing that is't working! Oh, by the way why were you going 30 mph over speed bumps? I see, someone told you it was smoother the faster you go over them. LOL
LOLA beat me to it-You knuckleheads apparently don't understand the concept of a speed bump. I drive a 4x4 Pick Up and I slow down. The idea is to slow traffic down, a form of traffic control if you will-usually in a small parking lot or on a busy main street where people often are driving too fast. There are plenty of 50 mph surface streets in my area but most people drive 75 mph on them. The speed bump forces (or so I thought but maybe not based on the info here) people to slow down so that the RED light ahead doesn't catch them off guard (or the police/traffic cruiser around the bend, LOL). Why is there a speed bump there in the first place? Maybe it is a safety thing! People should go slow over them no matter what your car is. Go slow so you don't kill someone.
First thing you don't solder metal pipes to plastic pipes like some on said. You cut metal pipes and us a compression fitting to go from copper/ brass to plastic, then use pvc glue ( unless this is just a drain pipe) for the rest.
Because it's a speed bump.. ure supossed to slow down.
