It can withstand the high temperature construction of modified asphalt concrete. Polyester glass fiber cloth is a new type of composite geosynthetics developed after geotextile, geogrid and strip polymer. It has good compatibility with asphalt mixture. The engineering practice shows that the glassgrid is not waterproof, the grid can form embed function and asphalt mixture, but difficult to fix, easy expansion and not obedient, affect the normal asphalt mixture paving and its reinforcement effect; geotextile can prevent water infiltration, but the geotextile in hot asphalt paving mixture at the temperature above 160 DEG C, the strength and creep resistance is poor and can not play the anti cracking effect of reinforced polyester fiber; and overcomes the shortcomings of both. It can effectively deal with pavement cracks and bridge and pavement water damage.
Polyester fiber glass fabric has its own material properties, so it can be crushed and recycled. When milling, the polyester fiberglass fabric is crushed into very small fibers. This can actually increase the performance of the recycled material. Other fabric cracks can sometimes be glued to the milling machine, resulting in costly shutdowns.
