Ceramic frying pans are not supposed to flake off, unlike Teflon. Always use plastic, nylon, or wooden utensils. Never use scouring powder, or metallic scouring pads.

Firstly.it is best taken in combination with magnesium in the ratio that is found in nature which is 2:1 calcium to magnesium as found in dolomite. Though dolomite is a supplement in its own right it is not well absorbed. One of the better formulations for absorption is calcium and magnesium in the citrate form. Solgar is a reputable brand. It is a little pricey but is a reputable brand and that formulation should be better absorbed.
