No. I would argue to keep it really. Though I have to slow down for those bumps.. atleast I know some lives are saved from reckless crazy drivers. Some drivers speed through school zones or right in front of the opening of a grocery store. Thank god they created speed bumps so we'd actually have a chance to walk through, and atleast if we're half way they have to stop.. otherwise I'd sue for bodily injury.
