Not at allWE cook a lot of food wraped in aluminum foil.Every one does.That's what it is for.I dice up potatoes and onions with butter and wrap in foil to cook on the grillHaven't died yet.
Not any different then cooking your fish on foilOr frozen foods in the oven.
