That all depends on the rider, which one fits you best and your needs. I say stick to name brands. Honda Harley Yamaha Suzuki Kawasaki Bmw All are great and there's more, just depends on the needs and how old you are, do you want a bike for long trips, cruising or just a rocket for less than 2 hours of ride time. All things to consider. If you want to race, buy a race bike, cruise there's many types all are good these days.

There are different kinds of motorcycles made for different purposes. So I couldn't reduce it to a single model, unless I knew the purpose. Generally, I'd say BMW made the best motorcycles. But they are very expensive. The best motorcycles for the money are Japanese. And of those I like Honda best, though all the Japanese mfgrs are very good. Only because I have a Honda, now going on 75,000 miles, which has never needed anything more than tires and brake pads. Not even a valve adjustment!
