What is the cap on top of fire hydrants that spins and is always loose but doesn't do anything?
Until there's a fire, they're just a nuisance. When one occurs they can save your bacon.
HI Its for the most part if they have lowered there car's in anyway.. If they go over them sideways there is a less chance they well scrape the bottom of there car on them or rip off the front spoiler. good luck tim
