Question:

What is the contactor's formula?

What is the contactor's formula?

Answer:

The circuit breaker used to control the motor, whose trip trip trip current should be greater than or equal to (1.5-1.7) times the motor starting current.
The instantaneous trip setting current of the electromagnetic release should be greater than the peak current that the normal operation of the load is likely to occur.
The setting current of the thermal release should be equal to the rated current of the controlled load.
The rated current and rated voltage of the low voltage circuit breaker shall not be less than the normal operating voltage of the line and the calculated load current (the total current at all load operation, multiplied by the actual situation)
