Question:

What is the definitive answer on Illinois window tinting laws on cars?

There is so much argument online, much of it around 2009. What is the current law? Can I see a link to something official? Thank you in advance.

Answer:

Make sure that the pipe that leads outside isn't frozen. Had this problem last year. The pvc pipe leading outside had frozen on the inside. I had to put a blow dryer in it for a few hours. If that can't be the problem I would call a HVAC guy. Be prepared to pay though. They aren't cheap.
If the temperature gets below freezing in your area, you don't want the copper pipe exposed. Fine to use sharkbite fittings, but need a frost proof hose bib in order for it to not freeze in winter.
I'm all about the Lightning Rodhere's the breakdown: Ugly Stick Pros: very strong, super flexible, funny commercials on tv Cons: heavy, not very sensitive, foam handle Buy this rod if: you break things often, you're giving this to a child or teen, you're lending this rod out Lightning Rod Pros: light, sensitive, cork handle Cons: not as durable Buy this rod if: you're a responsible adult, you like to feel when fish are biting Okso this isn't TOTALLY un-biased, but hey, didn't I mention that I like the Lightning Rod? :)
