What is the difference between a bushing and an adapter when dealing with water pipes and fittings?

Answer:

How about mounting the makiwara onto the punching bag, or against an upright mattress. If you have the room, an upright (standing) kicking bag can also have a makiwara mounted in it. I have doubts that the p90x bar can safely handle the weight and abuse of a punching bag. At least, not long term. It may be strong, but the sound would surely reverberate throughout the apartments around you, and you're liable to get some nasty phone calls or anonymous death threats on a post card shoved under your apartment door
Master P - Can you send us pictures of this? I would so love to set up a makiwara. (Fat C- I have that bar and no door in my house is wide enough to accomodate it frustration!! I would have to cut and that's ok because i'm not in a rental but I just don't want to have to cut.)
First, we put on our safety-goggles. We took all five pennies, and placed one penny on the scale to record its weight. We repeated this with the other pennies, placing them individually on the scale, recording the data. After weighing them, we took the five pennies and placed them in order, by the year they were made. Note : certain punctuations have been added, and the last-few words of yours, which had a syntax-error, have been corrected ( not it was made ).
