Office Chair usually is a one size fit all chair. A Ergonomic chair is designed to suit a range of people. A Ergonomic chair let your adjust the seat height, backrest (vertically and frontward and backward) and seat depth. The problem is that one chair doesn't fit all. A usual office working spend 8 hours a day sitting on a chair. An unfit chair will give you bad posture, which will lead to body pain. It is wise to pay a little more for a Ergonomic office chair
