What is the difference between incandescent lamp, tungsten lamp and fluorescent lamp?

Some small tungsten filament is filled with halogen gas, such as iodine, these lamps are called halogen lamps
Ordinary incandescent lamp is filled with nitrogen
So incandescent and tungsten filament is not essentially different
Incandescent lamp is also used tungsten wire
