Question:

What is the exhaust emission system on an 05 chevy trailblazer?

I need to know what and where the exhaust emission system is in a 2005 chevy trailblazer and is it caused from ther being to much oil.

Answer:

What question are you asking? What is causing the check engine light to come on? We all know what an exhaust is as well. Usally that code would mean a fault with one of the sensors in the exhaust, if thats what your trying to ask.
Normally, when someone tell's you, you have an emissions leak, they mean your EVAP System is leaking. EVAP systems is the storage of fuel vapors. This can be kind of tricky. I would start off with checking and replacing your Gas cap as this can easily be the problem. If that doesn't fix it you will have to take it to a mechanic shop that can connect a Smoke Machine to your EVAP service port and what this is gonna do is send smoke through the lines that your fuel vapors travel in and once it travels through wherever the leak is, you will see the smoke come out. You will most likely have to pay for a diagnostic worth an hr of labor (atleast that's what we charge). This can be minor or major that's why I said start with your gas cap. Hope it helps Seeing as it is a 2008. That could very easily be the problem
I personally use perlite for my boxes
