Question:

What is the function of a wire for braces?

What does the wire do for braces? What happens if you pull it out and everything else it ok?

Answer:

The wire in the braces is what does the trick .... without the wire braces are just metal objects on your teeth doing nothing! The wire that is placed in the grooves of the braces gently pull your teeth into the desired position!!!
The wire is like a train track and the teeth are the cars. Get rid of the track and the cars go off course. Wire is what is putting everything in place.
The wire is what makes braces function. When an orthodontist tightens braces, s/he adjusts the wire or replaces it completely, which causes the teeth to move. Removing the wire ceases the functionality of the braces.
