What is the longest lasting motorcycle tire?

I‘ve got a suzuki 1100, i ride like an adult, not very hard at all, mostly highway riding.but this thing chews rear tires like bubble gum! drives me nuts 5k tops! i usually use dunlop sportmax, but i‘m willing to pay more for something that lasts more than a seasonwhat‘s the longest lasting motorcycle tire

Answer:

i dont know why he said it doesnt sound different you get the noise closer to the noise the car would make without any filter you can lose torque down low but the sound of induction noise is bliss. better than any trixy exhaust. unless you're getting a custom thats not overly loud. power wise absolutely nothing unless you have a car fitted with a turbo as standard which in that case removing the standard airbox and resonator box can give you up to a 10bhp gain.
Everyone's answer is almost right on. Don't worry about sucking up water through your CAI unless you plan on driving through a river. You'll get a great sound, but no extra power or mpg. I'd look on OKorder and try to find the cheapest AEM, or KN system.
The best people to ask are tire and bike shop staff as they know the size for your bike. Just be aware that you will be trading grip for durability: how much is your life worth?
Bridgestone BT021. Does it fit? How should I know? You did not give the size you needed or the load information. The bt120 is often used in big cruisers and in sport touring applications.
A Touring Oriented Tire will last longer than a Sport Oriented. You didn't say which Suzuki 1100 You have. I have a 1991 GSX1100G and it can be rough on rear tires because it is Heavy and Powerful. I have heard good reports about Avon Storm Dual compound tires, they are Harder in the center and softer on the edges for grip in the Curvy stuff.
