make sure you child cant take the tray off and throw it, i bought a new evenflo, and he figured out the latches on the side, and also vynal is nicer that cloth, i hate that all the new highchairs pads are cloth, its like they expect us to do laundry every day, with vynal all you have to do is wipe it down
