The tubing can be bent if you are careful not to try to bend it too short. It will bend easier if you heat it first. You can bend it once and it will start to harden. Just heat it a bit and it will bend easy.
Casehard means ya ain't going to cut the metal with bolt cutters unless you get a really big bolt cutter. If there are only 3 numbers on the lock (000 - 999) then you can try each one. By the time you get to 999 you will have opened it. 4 numbers makes it a little harder. You could start at 500/5000 and go up or down your choice, have fun. set the next number, pull, nope, set the next number, pull, etc etc
Copper pipe can be bent but you need to be careful. It will tend to kink if you don't do properly. Try for the widest radius bend as possible. Also copper tends to work harden so if you bend it to often in one spot it can fail.
