Completely disassemble the keyboard. Start by removing the screws in back. You should find the top assembly (the keys and the top of the keyboard), a rubber nibby sheet that gives the keys resistance, a circuit board, and the bottom part. Set the circuit board aside. Clean the rubber sheet well, and then get at the top assembly with a toothbrush and remove all of the gunk.
