Am no longer particularly fluent in Pivot table, yet have been waiting to check lots from the help facility in MS place of work 2007 Excel. obtain trial version of place of work 2007 if it incredibly is available. it incredibly is extremely physically powerful, try it. stable luck.
Black is almost always the HOT unless someone has wired something wrong. White is most likely neutral. Green should be ground. You can check this by using a meter set to AC. Meter the black to white, you should see around 110-120 volts. Meter the black to green, you should still see around 110-120 volts. Meter the white to green, you shouldn't see any volts. If you change the meter setting to continutity check and meter the white to green, you should see that as closed. The yellow wire in your home is most likely the interconnect. You can meter that to white and green on the AC setting and shouldn't see any voltage. I would confirm the above, but my best guess would be to wire the green AND the white to the white on your detector. Wire black to black, and yellow to orange. Then TEST the detectors. If one goes off, they should all go off. If none of that works OR you do not have a meter, contact an electrician.
