Question:

what is wrong with my bike tire?

I‘ve just pumped up my beach cruiser tire for the first time and realized that part of the front tire is popping out of the wheel. Do I need a new tire? It looks like the tube inside is too big for the actual tire, but only in a 5-8 inch section of the wheel. Both tires feel fully inflated, no different from any other bike tire I‘ve pumped up. Wish I could explain it better.I don‘t know much about bikes (clearly).

Answer:

chances are when the caliper was replaced it wasn't bled properly and you have air in the system.
with all new brakes and lines like u have had done dose feel spongy for a while until its all bedded in if u don't feel safe with it have the system re bled there may still b a bit of air trapped in it
W.A.R is correct, the tire isn't properly seated on the rim. The tube needs to be deflated and seated properly within the tire. The tire needs to be re-seated back on the rim and reinflated.that's a lot of seating, isn't it. If that bulging of the tire continues, be careful because if that tube blows out, it's loudreally loud.
well this is my first question that im going to answer anyways i think the tube is to big and u need to check in the side of the tire and it would tell u the right size of tube your beach cruiser needs and if the front tire keep popping out u need to put the tube correctly or maybe the tire is not correctly attach to the rim.
Deflate the tire. Tuck the tire all the way back into the rim where it is poking out then pump it up again. As you fill the tire make sure that the tire stays on rim. You may need to hold down on the tire as you fill it. Before the tire reaches full pressure stop pumping and grasp the tire with both hands from the side and rock it back and forth on the rim while pushing it down onto the rim. Do this all the way around. This will assure that the tire bead is seated on the rim. Good luck!
