Question:

What Key Lime Pie recipe do you most recommend?

Please keep in mind that I'd like this to be the more traditional sort of Key Lime pie that uses eggs and condensed milk (and preferably cooking to get rid of salmonella), not the pudding-like variety.Best Answer goes to people who actually explain why they like the recipe and who don't simply copy and paste one of the first results on Google for free points. I'd like some quality here, people ;)

Answer:

No, adding lime water or calcium hydrate to the water will not make your concrete stronger. In my experience working with concrete I have found it is best to use admixtures that are known to increase the strength of the concrete. A lesser known method that has worked for my company is to add small amounts of sugar to the water. Usually a ratio of about 1:5. Good Luck!
You should work on mixing with a Lower Water to Cement Ratio in your concrete mix. A High range water reducing concrete admixture will give a lower water to cement ratio and eventually give High Compressive Strength. Try to search the WEB for manufacturers application of high range concrete admixture. Look on thier Technical Data Sheet for applications of Use.. Good Luck.
