Question:

what kind of drug is being used?

I found a cup with broken up cigarette tobaccoI also found aluminum foil rolled up in the shape of a cigarette with a burn mark inside of one end, smells sweet like weedhowever no residual marks throughoutI also found a tiny zip lock bagWhat could this be?

Answer:

13 weeks is still a young puppy! And don't carry your dog around in a purse for the love of god!!
13 weeksIts still extremely young and you have no reason to think he wont pick up on yoru lifestyle because of that8 weeks would be even more work and could have problems later on if hes being taken away too early from his mom.
I'd go with the older pupYou won't have missed the opportunity to socialize himI recently adopted a 1 year old dog, and she has bonded with us and adjusted to our family beautifully.
13 week one He wont be susceptible to skin issues, he has his shots, and of course he will be able to adjust to your life style!! Dogs who are 13 YEARS in the shelter adjust to homes and lifestyles quite quicklyAnd he has been with his mom, so he wont have as much health problems the 6 week old puppy possibly may haveYour choice! Good luck Farewell x
someone using cigarettes to make their own weed-cigarettes or given the small bag they could be adding another drug to the cigarette all in all- not good, not healthy- there are many over the counter at home drug tests avail
