What kind of material is good?
See the landlord's preference;
PVC material: affordable, easy to install, but not fire;
Gypsum board material: the use of a wide range of refractory tide resistance is gypsum board outside the latex paint or wallpaper finishes;
Wood material: wooden grass-roots board outside the color plate ---- I do not like, too cumbersome friends, the cost is high.
